Purpose of This Form:

This form serves as a formal acknowledgment that both parent/guardian and student have received, read, and understand the policies and procedures outlined in the Harvest Covenant Family Handbook. The policies are designed to ensure a safe, structured, Christ-centered environment that promotes academic integrity, personal responsibility, and community cooperation.

Internal Directory – I authorize my contact information to be included in the internal, private Harvest Covenant student body directory.

Social Media – I authorize Harvest Covenant to post photographs of my student/child on the organization’s official social media platforms.

Acknowledgment Statement:

We, the undersigned parent/guardian and student, acknowledge receipt of the Harvest Covenant Family Handbook. We understand and agree to comply with the policies and procedures set forth therein. We recognize that these policies are designed to protect the integrity of our learning environment, support Christ-centered education, and uphold the values of responsibility, respect, and unity within our community. We also understand that failure to follow these policies may result in disciplinary action, including potential loss of enrollment privileges.
