About
What is Harvest Covenant?
Harvest Covenant is a private, faith-based learning community designed to disciple the next generation of leaders by equipping them through a biblically grounded, academically rigorous, and identity-affirming education. More than just a school for 9-12th grades, Harvest Covenant is a covenant-based fellowship of families, facilitators, and mentors who come together to cultivate the hearts, minds, and bodies in alignment with God’s design.
At the core of everything we do is the belief that true education begins and ends with the knowledge of the Creator, and that every student is born with the capacity to seek, question, and discover truth through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

A Brief History
Harvest Covenant is a disruptive educational model founded by former NFL MVP Shaun Alexander and his wife Valerie. As parents of 12 homeschooled children, Shaun and Valerie understand both the lack of athletic opportunities available to homeschooling families, as well as the need for each child to receive an individualized education.
The Foundational Vision
Harvest Covenant was born out of a desire to reclaim education as a sacred trust between families and God—a trust to raise children who know their identity in Christ, who understand the world through the lens of Scripture, and who are equipped to walk boldly in their calling.
Harvest Covenant operates on the foundational belief that education is not just about acquiring information but about cultivating wisdom, character, and faith. Our program is structured not to replace the family or the church, but to come alongside them as a support system—enhancing what is already being planted in the home.

Looking Forward
As we continue to grow, our vision remains steady: to raise a generation of students who are strong in faith, clear in identity, excellent in mind and body, and equipped to lead in every arena God places them. Harvest Covenant is more than an educational community—it is a discipleship movement committed to transforming the culture through the formation of whole, holy, and humble young men and women.
