Students and families at Harvest Covenant

Admissions

Take the first step to join our covenant community.

Schedule a conversation with a Harvest Covenant coordinator to explore our academic and athletic, faith-based programs for grades 9–12 — then apply when your family is ready.

How it works

Thoughtful enrollment — from first hello to move-in day.

We look for families who want to partner in formation, not just transaction. Admissions is relational: you will always know where you are in the process and who to contact next.

  2. 2

    Visit & interview

Families meet our team to explore mission fit — academics, athletics, and discipleship. Students get a real picture of life in the hall alongside coaches, faculty, and peers.

  3. 3

    Enrollment & onboarding

FAQ

Common questions from exploring families

Who is Harvest Covenant for?

We serve students in grades 9–12 who thrive in a Christ-centered community with rigorous academics, competitive athletics, and close mentorship. Families who value partnership in discipleship tend to find the strongest fit.

Do I need to visit before applying?

We encourage a conversation or campus visit first, but you may begin the online inquiry at any time. Our team will help you schedule the right next step.

How long does the process take?

Timelines vary by season and grade level. After your inquiry, we will share realistic milestones for interviews, decisions, and enrollment paperwork.

What about dual enrollment or athletics?

Many students pursue collegiate coursework through our dual enrollment pathway while competing in Harvest athletics. Ask your coordinator about both during your meeting.
